Dizzy spells
Hey does anyone out there know of any good ways to get rid of dizzy spells. I have had vertigo off and on since I was 18. For the last 2 weeks I can't seem to get rid of them and it is driving me crazy.

have you taken a pregnancy test?
I knew that would be the first thing anyone would ask me. And no I have not, but of course it is possible. I keep telling J that I might be pregnant also because I have been able to eat all the dairy I want. But it is still a little too soon to take a test and get reliable results. So I have to wait a week or 2.
I assume you've had your blood pressure checked?
No, but I did think about that last night since my father and my grandmother both have a problem.

vI can always tell when my blood pressure is up because I get kind of dizzy.
